Contact details and booking information you submit through the forms on this site and the WellnessLiving booking system (name, email, phone, your child’s age and program interest), and basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.
Booking data and WellnessLiving
Bookings, purchases, waivers and account data are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc. under their privacy policy. We access that data to run classes, appointments, camps and memberships.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it beyond the processors named above and the providers that deliver our email and website hosting.
Emails and texts
We use your contact details to answer your inquiry and to send class, camp and account notices. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying “stop” or emailing us.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and run our programs. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email info@oneathleticsmn.com.
Children
Our programs serve minors, but accounts and bookings are created by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through this website.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new “last updated” date.
